The EFAW-F for Forestry Level 3 (VTQ)™ – Classroom Blended Part 2 provides the practical, instructor-led component of the blended Forestry First Aid qualification.
Designed for people working in forestry, arboriculture, tree surgery, landscaping, grounds maintenance and other higher-risk outdoor environments, the course combines online learning with practical classroom training to develop the skills and confidence required to respond effectively to workplace emergencies in forestry and remote settings.
The blended pathway allows learners to complete the theory element online before attending Vital Signs Scotland for practical training and assessment.
How the Blended Course Works
The qualification is completed in two stages:
Part 1 – Online Blended Learning
Complete EFAW-F for Forestry Level 3 (VTQ)™ – Online Blended Part 1
through ProTrainings before attending your classroom session.

Part 2 – Practical Classroom Training
After completing Part 1, attend EFAW-F for Forestry Level 3 (VTQ)™ – Classroom Blended Part 2
with Vital Signs Scotland.
The classroom component provides instructor-led, hands-on training and the opportunity to practise the first aid skills required for emergencies in forestry and other higher-risk outdoor workplaces.
Important: This booking is for Classroom Blended Part 2 only. The ProTrainings online Part 1 course must be purchased and completed separately before attending the classroom session.
