Booking & Cancellation Policy
Applies to All Training Courses
This policy applies to all training courses delivered by Vital Signs Scotland across Scotland, including our training venues in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness, Stirling, Perth, Bathgate, and Livingston, and all courses delivered on customer premises.
By booking a course with Vital Signs Scotland, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Booking Confirmation
All course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or an agreed purchase order.
Once a booking is confirmed, a place is reserved on the selected course date and is no longer available to other customers.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of spaces available on each course, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We strongly recommend ensuring availability before completing your booking.
Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change.
- Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the course start time
- Requests made within 48 hours of the course may not be accommodated
- All rescheduling is subject to availability
To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in:
- Full course fee being charged
- No refund or rescheduling option
Cancellations by Vital Signs Scotland
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered:
- An alternative course date, or
- A full refund
Group & On-Site Bookings
For group or on-site training bookings, specific terms may apply.
These will be agreed in writing at the time of booking and may include different cancellation or rescheduling conditions.
