The Generate Room

The Generate Room at the Voluntary Sector Gateway West Lothian is a bright, modern, and fully accessible venue, ideal for delivering professional first aid and life support training in West Lothian.

The room is perfectly suited to our practical training courses, including First Aid at Work (FAW), Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), Basic Life Support (BLS), Immediate Life Support (ILS), and other regulated and vocational courses.

This flexible training room can be configured to suit each course and features a 76” 4K Clevertouch interactive screen for clear, engaging presentations. The venue is heated, comfortable, and offers lift access, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee available throughout the day.

Connect Room

The Connect Room at The Gateway, Voluntary Sector Gateway West Lothian is a private, quiet, and comfortable training space, ideal for small group learning and discussion-based courses. Located at the rear of the building, it provides a calm environment away from footfall and noise, making it particularly suitable for less practical training.

This room is well suited to courses such as First Aid for Mental Health, Mental Health Awareness, and Safeguarding for Children and Vulnerable Adults. It comfortably accommodates 2–6 learners and features a 65” HD screen with webcam, allowing for hybrid or remote participation when required.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating with tables, heating, and an accessible toilet nearby. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks are available throughout the day, ensuring a relaxed and supportive learning environment.
