First Aid for Mental Health Supervising – FAA Level 3 Award – DISTANCE LEARNING
The First Aid for Mental Health Supervising – FAA Level 3 Award is an advanced qualification designed for those who have responsibility for supporting mental health and wellbeing within the workplace.
The course provides an in-depth understanding of a range of mental health conditions, including their signs and symptoms, and explores the professional support and treatments that may be available. Learners develop the knowledge and confidence to provide appropriate initial support, use First Aid for Mental Health strategies and help promote a positive mental health culture within their organisation.
The course incorporates the content covered within the Level 1 and Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health qualifications and develops this further for those with greater responsibility for supporting others.

Distance Learning Format
The qualification is delivered remotely over three days.
Days 1 and 2 consist of the taught course, delivered live by distance learning.
Day 3 is reserved for individual assessment. Each learner attends a pre-arranged Zoom appointment for their assessment and/or professional discussion. Learners therefore do not need to remain online for the whole of the third day.
To ensure sufficient time for individual assessment and professional discussion, places are limited to a maximum of 6 learners per course.
Course workbooks will be provided electronically unless a hard copy is requested at the time of booking. Where a printed workbook is requested, an additional charge will apply for printing, postage and packaging.
Certificates will be issued digitally following successful completion of the qualification. If a printed certificate is required, this can be requested for an additional charge to cover postage and packaging.
